The 66th Annual Meeting of the WRSA will be held at the Westin Carlsbad Resort & Spa in Carlsbad, CA, February 14-17. We return to Greater San Diego in 12 years since our last meeting in 2014. It is our 11th meeting in San Diego County since our first meeting in 1968. Nestled along the scenic Carlsbad coastline just north of San Diego, Westin Carlsbad offers a serene coastal retreat with upscale accommodations and world-class amenities, providing the perfect setting to relax, reconnect, and enjoy our annual meeting. Conveniently located near many of San Diego’s premier attractions, The Westin Carlsbad Resort & Spa combines coastal beauty with sophisticated comfort to create an exceptional guest experience.
Our negotiated group rate is $239 per night, plus applicable taxes. As a special benefit for WRSA members, the resort fee (normally $35 per night) has been waived.
WRSA members staying at the resort will enjoy access to a variety of complimentary amenities, including:

The hotel has also agreed to honor our special group rate for up to three days before and three days after the conference dates (February 11–20), subject to availability.
Please note: After January 16, 2027, or as soon as our block fills, the hotel will no longer honor our special room rate! Be sure to book early!
